Fiscal Impact
The Village would receive $73,591.00 for the period of July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016 for this maintenance. This amount is adjusted annually based on the published Engineering News Record adjustment factor. This is an increase of 2.71% over the previous year.

The funding of Village or contract services for this work is provided for annually in the General Fund, Street Services budget.

Streets include the Village's half of Harlem Ave., North Ave., Roosevelet Rd., all of Washington Blvd. and Ridgeland Ave. from Roosevelt Rd. to Augusta St. totaling 19.9 lane miles.

IDOT proposes in this IGA that the location listing can be modified if mutually agreed upon by both parties. The Village Manager would be authorized to make this modification.
