Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

The proposed Ordinance removes Lanny Lutz, DBA Lutz Wine for the property located at 405 S. Home, #303, as a liquor licensee from the Village Code due to this business ceasing operations.

Fiscal Impact
The removal of this business as a liquor licensee from the Village Code will have no fiscal impact as it has previously ceased operations.
 
Background
The purpose of the Ordinance is to remove the above-referenced business as a liquor licensee from the Village Code so that the number of liquor licenses referenced in the Code is consistent with the current number of active businesses holding liquor licenses.  The Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") unanimously recommended adoption of the Ordinance at its May 27, 2015 meeting.
