Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Background

The Village’s only authorized Craft Brewery D-15 liquor licensee, Noble Kinsman Brewing Company, LLC, DBA Kinslagher Brewing Company, appeared before the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) at the LCRB’s August 23, 2016 meeting to request the amendment contained in the proposed Ordinance.  The amendment pertains to the authorized hours of operation to extend the closing hours from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday.  The ordinance also amends the name of the licensee to add that is doing business under the name Kinslagher Brewing Company.  The LCRB unanimously recommended adoption of the proposed Ordinance.
