Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

The Ordinance authorizes the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-4 Liquor License to Nueva Era in Oak Park, Inc., DBA Altiro (“Altiro”) for the property located at 107 North Oak Park Avenue (“Property”).

Background

Altiro has applied for a Restaurant Class B-4 Liquor License at the Property.   At its meeting on March 28, 2017, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) determined that Altiro all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of the license and recommended that the Village Code be amended by a unanimous vote of its members in attendance so that the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may issue the license.
