Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview
A Resolution has been prepared for the appointment of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner in accordance with Section 4-2 of the Illinois Liquor Control Act of 1934, 235 ILCS 5/4-2, and Section 3-2-2 of the Oak Park Village Code, which require that when the Village President has an interest in the sale or distribution of alcoholic liquor, the President must direct the Village Board appoint, by majority vote, a person other than him to serve as the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
