Background

TashKitchens has applied for a Restaurant Class B-1 liquor license for the property located at 1111 Lake Street.  TashKitchens proposes to purchase the ongoing restaurant at 1111 Lake Street currently operated by Prosperare Enterprises LLC, DBA Mancini’s Restaurant.  TashKitchens will continue to operate the restaurant as Mancini’s Italian Café.   At its meeting of April 25, 2017, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) determined that TashKitchens met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-1 license and recommended that the Village Code be amended by a unanimous vote of its members so that the Local Liquor Control Commissioner may issue the license.
