Background

Live Café seeks the issuance of a restaurant B-1 liquor license for the property located at 163 South Oak Park Avenue.  At its meeting on April 25, 2017, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) found that Live Café met all of the applicable proposed requirements for the issuance of a B-1 license and recommended that the license be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.   Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include Live Café as a B-1 licensee.
