This is a Parking Lot License Agreement that would authorize Careful Peach Boutique to use two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10 at the corner of Marion Street and North Blvd for a one day event on July 15, 2017.

Fiscal Impact
The License Agreement includes a $40 fee which includes the cost of license and the lost revenue for the parking spaces and requires the Licensee to obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village.
Background
The Careful Peach Boutique requested the use of 2 parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage to place a tent and two carts for a Bastille Day 2017 Event.
Alternatives
The Village Board could ask staff to work with the applicant to find an alternate location for their event.
