Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview

This is a Parking Lot License Agreement that would authorize Two Story Farmhouse to use two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10 at the corner of Marion Street and North Blvd for a one day event on June 24, 2017.

Fiscal Impact

The Temporary License Agreement includes a $40 fee and requires the Licensee to have obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village.  This fee includes the temporary license and the hourly meter rate for two parking spaces.

 

Background

The Two Story Farmhouse requested the use of 2 parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage to place a trailer for a Two Story Farmhouse Summer Bash Event.  

 

Alternatives

The Village Board could ask staff to work with the applicant to find an alternate location for their event.
