Overview
This is a Parking Lot License Agreement that would authorize Two Story Farmhouse to use two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10 at the corner of Marion Street and North Blvd for a one day event on September, 30 2017.

Approve the Resolution.
Fiscal Impact
The Temporary License Agreement includes a $40 fee and requires the Licensee to have obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village. This fee includes the temporary license and the hourly meter rate for two parking spaces.
Background
The Two Story Farmhouse requested the use of 2 parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage to place a trailer for a Two Story Farmhouse Summer Bash Event.
Alternatives
The Village Board could ask staff to work with the applicant to find an alternate location for their event.
Previous Board Action
At the Village Board meeting June 19, 2017, the board approved a similar request; however, that event was canceled. This is the rescheduled date.
