Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview
Overview
The following Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Resolutions and Agreements represent the allocation of funding for all the Board-approved projects for Program Year 2017. It is necessary to enter into the Program Year 2017 Subrecipient Agreements with the agencies (Subrecipients) so that they can expend their CDBG and ESG grant funds. The Agreements clearly outline the terms and conditions of their grants with the Village and HUD.
