Background

District Kitchen seeks the issuance of a restaurant B-1 liquor license for the property located at 200-222 Harrison Street.  At its meeting on October 24, 2017, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) found that District Kitchen met all of the applicable proposed requirements for the issuance of a B-1 license and recommended that the license be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.   Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include Scratch as a B-1 licensee.
