Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Historically, the Village has entered into a license agreement for the use of twenty-six (26) spaces owned by the Harrison Street Bible Church (Lot #93).

Fiscal Impact

The annual Parking Fund budget provides for the revenues anticipated to be received from the Agreement. In 2016, the revenue for this agreement was $2,338.50.

 

Background

Historically, the Village has entered into License agreements for the use of Lot #93. This contract is in the renewal period. 

 

 The proposed agreement provides for a three year term, subject to the following:

1.                     The Village may use 26 spaces in the lot for permit parking. 

2.                     The Village shall pay a fee of the sum of 50% of the Village’s net receipts.

 

Alternatives

The Village Board could decide to change the term of the License Agreement or seek additional information.
