Potential increase in alcoholic liquor dealer’s tax.
Background
RG Management seeks the issuance of a restaurant B-4 liquor license for the property located at 825 S. Oak Park Avenue. At its meeting on November 28, 2017, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) found that RG Management met all of the applicable proposed requirements for the issuance of a B-4 license and recommended that the license be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. RG Management will succeed MFD Inc. as the licensee at 825 S. Oak Park Avenue for the business known as Avenue Ale House pursuant to its purchase of the business from MFD Inc. Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include RG Management as a B-4 licensee.
