Historically, the Village has entered into License Agreement for the use of the parking lot owned by Calvary Memorial Church (Lot #16).

Approve the Resolution.
Fiscal Impact
The annual Parking Fund budget provides for the revenues anticipated to be received from the Agreement. In 2016, the revenue from this lot was $4,934.27.
Background
Historically, the Village has entered into License agreements for the use of Lot #16. This contract is in the renewal period.
The proposed agreement provides for a three year term, subject to the following:
1. The Village may use the parking lot for permit parking and meter parking.
2. The Village shall pay a fee of the sum of 50% of the Village’s net receipts.
Alternatives
The Village Board could decide to change the term of the License Agreement or seek additional information.
Previous Board Action
The previous license agreement was entered into on January 1st, 2009.
