Background

D97 is seeking vacation of the Village owned right-of-way so that they can expand Holmes School.

At their August 7, 2017 meeting, the Village Board approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Board of Education of Oak Park Elementary School District No. 97 regarding the Kenilworth Avenue street vacation and right of way dedication for a the Kenilworth Avenue cul-de-sac.
