There are available funds for this change order in the Water and Sewer Fund, Public Works - Water, Water Distribution, Capital Improvements, account no. 5040-43730-777-570707 which has $711,106 available to fund the $14,165 cost of this change order.

At the time that staff authorized these additional costs it was assumed that the remainder of the project would be able to be completed without additional change orders and would not require Village Board authorization of increased costs per the Village's Purchasing Policy.
