Background

Buzz Café seeks the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-6 liquor license for the property located at 905 South Lombard Avenue.  At a special meeting on January 10, 2019, the Liquor Control Review Board (“LCRB”) found that Buzz Café met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-6 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.   Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include Buzz Café as a B-6 licensee.
