Background
Chicken and Waffles seeks the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-6 liquor license for the property located at 543 Madison Street. At the Liquor Control Review Board’s (“LCRB”) February 26, 2019 meeting, the LCRB found that Chicken and Waffles met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-6 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include Chicken and Waffles as a B-6 licensee.
