Background
New Pot Restaurant (“New Pot”) seeks the issuance of a Restaurant Class B-6 liquor license for the property located at 727 Lake Street. At the Liquor Control Review Board’s (“LCRB”) February 26, 2019 meeting, the LCRB found that New Pot met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-6 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. Prior to the issuance of the license, the Village Code must be amended to include New Pot as a B-6 licensee.
