Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview
Overview
The Village maintains a Fleet Services Division in the Public Works Department at the Public Works Center. The Park District of Oak Park is agreeable to continue to take advantage of the Village completing repair and maintenance of the Park Districts vehicles. The attached Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) would formalize this service.

Fiscal Impact
Per the terms of the IGA, the Park District would reimburse the Village monthly for repair and maintenance services and for the purchase of required parts. The Park District will pay the Village the Village's shop rate of $87.43 per hour for hours for repair and maintenance in 2019. This rate will be adjusted annually based on the Villages shop rate.

Parts supplied for services shall be the actual cost for parts plus the 2019 rate of 30%, above the Village's costs for parts in order to reimburse the Village for its administrative costs.

Background
The Village maintains a Fleet Services Division in the Public Works Department at the Public Works Center. In addition to maintaining Village vehicles and equipment the Village also has maintained the Park District's vehicles and equipment to allow them to take advantage of the Villages favorable shop rate.

There is currently no IGA with the Park District for the repair and maintenance of Park District vehicles and equipment. This IGA would memorialize the terms of an agreement.
