Background
Since 2005 the Village has entered into License agreements for the use of Lot #116. The Village has had a License Agreement with Dombrowski Christmas Tree Farm since that time. The most recent agreement expired on December 24, 2018.
The proposed agreement provides for a one year term, subject to the following
1. The Tree Farm may use 24 spaces in the lot in late November thru December 24.
2. The Tree Farm annually pays the Village $2,175 for use of the lot.
We advised Mr. Dombrowski that this will be the last year he will be able to lease this location from the Village, since construction activities are likely to be occurring in December 2020.
