Overview
The Village Code provides for the Village Manager to report to the Village Board on the operations of all administrative departments. The attached report is a summary of key activities in administrative department for the month with comparative data for the prior month.

Background
The Monthly Measures Report will be presented to the Village Board on a monthly basis as part of a Regular Meeting of the Village Board and include over time a year to date comparison for the current and prior year, as well as a comparison of activities for the month relative to the same time period one year earlier. As this is the first such report there are some categories where prior data may not be available.
The Monthly Measures will also be maintained on the Village website under the Village Manager’s Office page.
