This sub district covers the most developed portion of the Downtown, emphasizing an active mixed-use environment with retail and entertainment located on the ground floor along the street, and a variety of uses above, including residential. The two-story building at 1036 Lake Street is located on the north side of Lake Street. The Applicant seeks a special use permit to operate an educational facility-vocational use (a nail academy) on the second floor. The program expects approximately 15 students. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 6 pm to 9 pm and Saturday - Sunday 10 am to 2 pm.
