Fiscal Impact

The contract is for one year that would begin on January 1, 2020 and conclude on December 31, 2020.  The Recommended FY20 Budget provides funding for this proposed agreement in account number 1001-42400-101-530660.  There is an option to renew the contract for two additional one year terms with a not to exceed amount of $147,900 for FY21 and a not to exceed amount of $151,500 in FY22.

Background

A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued September 23, 2019. The RFP was advertised in the local paper and on the Village website. Our current service provider submitted the only proposal. The previous three year contract was for $141,000 annually.
