Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. This is a Parking Lot License Agreement that would authorize Careful Peach Boutique to use two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10 at the corner of Marion Street and North Blvd for a one day event on July 11, 2020.

Fiscal Impact

The License Agreement includes a $40 fee, in accordance with the Village’s right of way obstruction permit for metered parking spaces, and requires the Licensee to obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village.

 

Background

The Careful Peach Boutique requested the use of two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage to place a food truck and walk-up access for a Bastille Day 2020 Event

Previous Board Action
