Background

Due to the date/time of the Village Trustees’ request for the policy action (the afternoon of June 30), staff was not afforded the time to complete the necessary work to provide background information about the plans of the Oak Park Area Arts Council related to the mural and a subsequent recommendation related to this request.  Staff does not believe this is a time sensitive matter and it can be consider in the next 60 days.
