Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Attached are preliminary calendars for the remainder of the year, which includes the meeting schedule adopted by the Village Board in December 2019 for this year, notation for dates when FY21 budget meetings will be held and a listing of pending matters requested by Trustees which are not yet scheduled.

Staff would ask that the Village Manager be advised of any conflicts with a tentative meeting date. Additionally, please note that staff has placed “Tentative Topics” on upcoming Special Meeting Dates in the attached calendars to coordinate the items specifically requested by Trustees for a future Board discussion.
