The Plan Commission held a special remote participation public hearing on this application. The results of that meeting are provided below under Citizen Advisory Commission Action.

Citizen Advisory Commission Action
The Plan Commission held a special meeting on Monday, August 24, 2020 for a public hearing on this agenda item. At that meeting, Ms. Amy O’Rourke with Hephzibah Home provided an overview of the intent for the temporary educational day camp - remote learning use. Due to the current school environment with remote learning requirements, this temporary use would allow parents the ability to access a location for their children outside of the home. The Plan Commission voted unanimously in favor of this zoning ordinance text amendment.
The Plan Commission held a special meeting on Thursday, August, 27, 2020 to approve their findings of fact report.
