Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. On April 13, 2020, the Village of Oak Park Police Department posted a request for proposals from qualified firms that wished to administer officer wellness checks. After a thorough evaluation, First Responders Center was chosen as the preferred provider.

Background

Three proposals were submitted by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on May 1, 2020. The proposals were received from; (1) Perspectives, (2) First Responders Wellness Center and (3) Dr. Marla Friedman. An evaluation team including the Police Chief, Deputy Police Chief, Assistant Village Manager/Human Resources Director and various other Police Department staff reviewed the RFP responses. First Responders Wellness Center was the lowest proposal and after evaluation they were the preferred provider.
