The Village’s current agreement with Thrive Counseling Center expires December 31, 2020. In accordance with section 4 of the current agreement, the Village can renew the agreement for an additional one year period.

Fiscal Impact
The renewal is for one year that would begin on January 1, 2021 and conclude on December 31, 2021. The Recommended FY21 Budget provides funding for this proposed agreement in account number 1001-42400-101-530660.
Background
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued September 23, 2019. The RFP was advertised in the local paper and on the Village website. Our current service provider submitted the only proposal. The orginnal professional services agreement was awarded December 2, 2019.
