Background
Kizzie and Carlo Harris are the owners of Little Sprouts Kids, LLC. The Harris's propose to lease the Subject Property at 266 Lake Street to operate a day care facility. The tenant space is approximately 1,250 square feet and would be used to serve children approximately six-weeks to four years of age. The proposed number of students for the tenant spaces will be approximately 14 kids. The facility will have three teachers and a Director. Little Sprouts Kids' business hours would be from 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
