Two Brothers previously occupied the restaurant premises at this location. The ownership of Victory Italian also has two locations in Chicago, with one known as Victory Tap and the other as Victory Italian, and another location in Elmhurst known as Victory Meat and Seafood.

At its special meeting of November 10, 2020, the Liquor Control Review Board ("LCRB") found that Victory Italian met all of the applicable requirements for the issuance of a B-1 license and voted to unanimously recommend that the license be issued.
