This is a Parking Lot License Agreement that would authorize Careful Peach Boutique to use two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10 at the corner of Marion Street and North Blvd for a one-day event on July 16, 2022.

Fiscal Impact
The License Agreement includes a $40 fee, in accordance with the Village’s right of way obstruction permit for metered parking spaces, and requires the Licensee to obtain appropriate insurance, including indemnifying the Village. Staff recommends waiving this fee as we did for the outdoor dining licenses.
Background
The Careful Peach Boutique requested the use of two (2) parking spaces in Lot 10, adjacent to the store frontage to place a food truck and walk-up access for a Bastille Day 2022 Event

Direct staff to look for an alternative location.
Previous Board Action
The Village Board has approved a temporary license agreement with Careful Peach for a similar event in 2017-2021.
