Regular Village Board meetings are held at 7:30 p.m., the first and third Mondays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall, 123 Madison St. When a regular meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions, usually on the second and fourth Monday. However, dates and times of special meetings can vary and may change.

The resolution sets “trick or treat” hours in the Village from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.





Adopt the Resolution.



The attached Resolution has been drafted to set Halloween trick or treats hours to that fall after school from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Signs will be publicly available for download by individuals who elect not to participate in trick or treat activities at or through the Office of the Village Clerk.
