A Finance Committee Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. in Room 101  
The President and Board of Trustees welcome you. Public comments may be made by  
individuals at the beginning of the meeting, as well as when agenda items are discussed.

Board" form which is available at the back of the Chambers and present it to the Village  
Clerk at the Board table. When recognized, approach the podium and state your name  
first. If you wish to provide comment by virtual means, contact the Village Clerk's Office

publiccomment@oak-park.us. Your camera must remain on while speaking. Please  
limit your remarks to three minutes.  
Instructions for Non-Agenda Public Comment  
Non-agenda public comment is a time set aside at the beginning of a meeting for  
individuals to speak about an issue or concern that is not on that meeting's agenda. It is  
not intended for a dialogue with the Board. Non-agenda public comment is limited to 30  
minutes with a limit of three minutes per person. If non-agenda public comment exceed  
30 minutes, public comment will resume after the items listed under the regular agenda

Oak Park Public Library Operating Budget Request

Overview:  
The Oak Park Library has requested that the Village appropriate $4.5M for FY26  
for use in funding the library’s operating budget.  
Review of the Peg Amount of the Current Sweep Account and To  
Discuss Adding the Sweep Capability to Two (2) Additional Accounts

This is a discussion regarding the lowering of the peg amount on the current  
sweep account and the potential to add the sweep capability to two additional  
accounts.  
A Discussion Regarding an Ordinance for Bond Refunding  
Overview:  
Consideration and action on an ordinance providing for the issuance of not to  
exceed $55,000,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2025, of the  
Village of Oak Park, Cook County, Illinois, for the purpose of refunding certain  
outstanding bonds of the Village, providing for the levy and collection of taxes  
sufficient to pay said bonds, authorizing the sale of said bonds to the  
purchasers thereof, and authorizing an escrow agreement with respect to said  
refunded bonds.  
A Discussion Regarding the Request from the Living Room for $150,000  
a Year for Three (3) Years

This is a discussion regarding the request from NAMI Metro Suburban and the  
Community Mental Health Board (CMHB) for $150,000 a year for three (3)  
years, totaling $450,000, to support a pilot for a “Living Room” in Oak Park.
