Village President Scaman called the meeting to order at 5:01 P.M.

There was no Public Comment.
4. Consideration of Motion to Adjourn to Executive Session to Discuss Personnel
It was moved by Village Trustee Parakkat, seconded by Village Trustee
Robinson, to enter into Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) - the
Appointment of a Specific Employee of the Village, and pursuant to 5 ILCS
120/2(c)(3) - the Selection of a Person to Fill a Vacancy in a Public Office. The
motion was approved. The roll call on the vote was as follows:
