Adopt the Resolution.

Background
The Village entered into a License Agreement on November 29, 2017, with Pete's Fresh Market Oak Park Corporation, for their exclusive use of Lot #112 for employee parking for the term of January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2022. Lot #112 is comprised of thirty (30) parking spaces and is located south of North Boulevard, north of the train tracks, between Cuyler Avenue and Ridgeland Avenue.

Prior to this License Agreement, the Village historically sold twenty (20) 24-hour permits in Lot #112 to Pete's Fresh Market each quarter. The decision to enter into a license agreement was made because of the following reasons:

1. Permit parking for other users proved to be difficult. Licensing the entire space to Pete's Fresh Market provided efficiencies in parking management and staff time.

2. Pete's Fresh Market is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the parking lot, including, but not limited to, grass and weed cutting and removal and snow and ice removal. This results in reduced labor and contractual costs for the Village.

Fiscal Impact
If approved, pursuant to the License Agreement, Pete's Fresh Market Oak Park Corporation will make an annual payment of $25,800 to the Village of Oak Park (GL# 5060.43770.793.422481).

DEI Impact
The approval of this license agreement will not result in...
