Regular Village Board meetings are typically held at 7:00 p.m., the first three Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers of Village Hall (room 201), 123 Madison St. When a Regular Meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting typically is held the following night. The Village Board also meets in special sessions from time to time. However, dates and times of Special Meetings can vary and may change.

Overview
Overview
There are existing overhead wires which run through the Gingko tree in the courtyard of the Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW) Home and Studio for the electrical service for the Village's street lighting system and for AT&T. The Village and the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust have been working together to remove a power pole in the parkway and these aerial wires restore the historic view of the FLW Home and Studio and to ensure the long term health of this iconic tree. The cost for AT&T to remove and bury their aerial facilities is approximately $19,798.20.

Fiscal Impact
The FY 2017 budget does not include funds for the work to remove the aerial wires. It is proposed to transfer funds from the FY2017 FY 2017 Capital Improvement Fund, Public Works - Engineering, Street Lighting Improvements for Energy Efficient Lighting Upgrades account no. 3095-43780-101-570954 to the same account for Street Lighting System Rehabilitation to pay for this work. If approved, staff will prepare the necessary Budget amendment to transfer funds during the quarterly budget amendment process.
